We’re excited that you’re interested in joining our team. At Aquatic Adventures Swim School, we are passionate about our mission to prevent childhood drowning through high-quality swim instruction and water safety education.

We are looking for positive, energetic, and dependable team members who are committed to making a difference in the lives of children and families. Whether you have prior swim instructor or coaching experience or are just getting started, we encourage you to apply—previous teaching experience is not required.

All instructors are required to obtain lifeguard certification if they are not already certified. We provide comprehensive paid training, along with the opportunity to become certified or re-certified as a lifeguard.
